By ordering and purchasing a collection or subscribing to our regular collection service you agree to the following basic terms of service:
Health and safety
- Any caddies which are not sealed with the lid will not be collected.
- Any caddies containing liquids, urine or other materials not considered to come from the composting toilet will not be collected.
- The caddies should be lined using the paper liner provided before any waste is added- any caddies not using the paper liner will not be collected.
- The collector has the right to refuse collection – and any monies will not be refunded.
- The caddies remain the property of Circular Revolution and if lost or damaged the replacement fee will be charged to the customer.
Text messages
- In order to schedule the collection, you agree to communicate and share you location with our operations team.
- You may either request a skip or share a location. If you do not communicate prior to the collection day, you will be charged for the collection at the normal rate.
Access requirements for collections/drop-offs
- Caddies need to be visible and easily accessible for collection. Please read about ‘how to use the collection service’ which provide clear instructions on where to leave the caddy on collection day. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone collection of the caddy if the caddy is not deemed safe to access, or poses a risk to our staff or volunteer’s safety. In such instances we reserve the right to collect payment from the customer.
