The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information from customers who subscribe to the service:
· Personal name, contact email and telephone numbers, billing address, boat name, description and CRT license number.
· We also collect a what3words locations from subscribers

How we process and use your personal information
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· To register your interest in the collection service
· To subscribe to the collection service and be a customers
To provide you a regular collection service, from your boat and not from someone else’s. We need your personal information to check that the subscription is really from you, and that we don’t provide a service to someone else. We also need to contact you via phone to share your what3words.
We also like to keep you informed with regular updates to the collection service that may interest you. Data protection laws consider contacting clients for direct marketing to be a legitimate action for the business. So, we shall contact you to do that. But we do understand that you might not be quite as thrilled about that as us, so if you lose interest in us you can always unsubscribe from any communications. We’ll miss you, but we know that everyone has to navigate under their own sail. Just remember that once you have, we won’t be able to contact you about our innovative new products or projects. How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in secure databases to ensure we can provide the best and most efficient services. As long as you have registered interest in our service, we consider you a member of the community. If you email to request to be taken off the member directory we will then dispose of your information by deleting it from the central database.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection law, you have the right to access any of the information we hold on you and to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
You can ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances at any time you like. Just get in touch with us by email circularrevolution@outlook.com and ask us to delete, stop or adjust processing any part of your personal information.
You also have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organization, or to you, in certain circumstances known as the right of portability. You can ask us to pass on your data to a third party by emailing us at circularrevolution@outlook.com.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
