Where do we collect from?
We collect by bike from large sections of Grand Union Canal, Regents Canal, Lee Navigation Canal and River Lea, Limehouse Cut and Herfordshire Union. We find your boat using what3words locations.
Our collection days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday:
- Tuesday: Regents Canal from Old Ford Lock at Victoria Park up to and including the Paddington Arm. Grand Union Canal as far west as Kensal moorings.
- Wednesday: Regents Canal from Old Ford Lock at Victoria Park to Limehouse Basin, Limehouse Cut, Hertford Union. Lee Navigation from Bow Locks to Hertford Union Junction
- Thursday: Lee Navigation from the Hertford Union Junction to Stonebridge Lock

East London
Servicing approximately 16 km of navigated canals in East and North London.
Service Zone of Navigable Canals:
- Lea Navigation Canal: Bow Locks to Tottenham Lock
- Regents Canal and Limehouse Cut: to Islington tunnel
West London
Servicing approximately 10 km of navigated canals in East and North London.
Service Zone of Navigable Canals:
- Regents Canal: Thornhill Bridge to Little Venice
- Paddington Arm and Grand Union: Litle Venice to Kensal Green Moorings – opposite the Sainsbury’s at Ladbroke Grove.
